Cancellation Policy

You ll be notified to confirm your appointment 72 hours in advance to your scheduled service! In the event of an unconfirmed appointment Amber Miles will contact you to confirm the date and time! If you are unreachable 48hrs prior to your appointment, it will be subject to cancellation. If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment please allow 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to a non refundable rebooking equal to 50% if the amount of the missed service fee! No shows will be charged 100% of their service! If I attempt to charge your card and it is declined you will be banned from online booking and must contact me personally to re book!! Your card will not be charged if you give at least a 72 hour notice!
